Live In Boston is a phenomenal album by Keith Richards and The XPensive Winos that captures the essence of their electrifying live performances. The album features 19 tracks that showcase the band's raw energy and impeccable musicianship.
From the opening track "Take It So Hard" to the closing number "Connection," the album is a non-stop rollercoaster ride of rock and roll. The band's chemistry is palpable, and Keith's guitar playing is nothing short of legendary. He effortlessly switches between rhythm and lead guitar, and his solos are nothing short of breathtaking.
The XPensive Winos are equally impressive. Steve Jordan's drumming is tight and precise, and his backing vocals add an extra layer of depth to the songs. Waddy Wachtel's guitar playing is also noteworthy, and his solos are as impressive as Keith's.
The highlight of the album is undoubtedly the acoustic version of "You Don't Move Me." Keith's vocals are raspy and soulful, and the stripped-down arrangement allows the lyrics to shine through.
